Our booking and note system are fully HIPPA compliant
Our Therapists may only accept gratuities via cash, Cash app, or Venmo.
Gift Certificates and Packages are non-refundable after 30 days and non-redeemable for their cash value. Gift certificates and packages expire after one year if not used.
Monthly memberships will be charged on the 1st of every month and massages will not roll over.
Memberships are signed for 6 month or 1 year intervals.
Prices do not include taxes.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that applies to cancelations, rescheduling, and no shows. Full price of services scheduled will be charged to credit card on file. Please see our Policy page for more information.
Insurance from BCBS and HSA Accounts are possibly accepted. Client must be a current patient at Upper Cervical Family Chiropractic & Wellness and present us with a note and diagnosis codes from the Doctor.

We pay our employees what they are worth. Large corporate spas offer cheaper massages because they pay $20-$35 per hour, overwork their therapists and undervalue their hardest working employees. We will not do that at Lakeview Massage & Therapy. Our therapists are well educated, professionally trained and well worth the price.
